I began as an electronics engineer, professionally trained in Switzerland, and spent the early part of my career working with government organisations across India's technology and energy sector. Precision, systems and process were the language I grew up in.
As Director at Novas Plasma Energy Pvt. Ltd., I learned what it actually takes to run an operation - capital, people, delivery timelines and decisions made with incomplete information.
During COVID, everything changed. I diversified into digital marketing and built an e-commerce business end to end - procurement to delivery. Meta Ads, sales, customer acquisition and business systems weren't studied from a course; they were learned in live campaigns with my own money at stake.
That's also where I discovered AI - not as a novelty, but as leverage. A way to compress research, creative and decision-making for a business owner who doesn't have a large team.
In June 2025, I founded Achievearnz. Since then I've trained more than 700 professionals through workshops, webinars, bootcamps, one-to-one consulting and monthly learning programs.
